Text Box: James Mollica - Missing Person - Endangered

James Mollica disappeared on July 1, 2007 while en route to Thorndale, Texas to meet with his wife at a gameroom. Mollica last phone his wife around 9:30 p.m. that night to say that he was almost there. He never arrived. Mollica was known to take FM 486 to Thorndale and cell phone records put him in that area. Vehicle tracks leading into the Little River under the FM 486 bridge were found the same day. Due to high water from the heavy rainfall over the past couple of months, searchers have been unable to conduct recovery operations. Mollica may have suffered a heart attack and possibly had beginning stages of dementia. The possibility remains high that he may have driven off accidently into the river but no sound proof exists. He remains a missing person. Anyone with information is asked to call Milam County Crime Stoppers.
UPDATE: Mr. Mollica and his vehicle were found in the Little River on October 1, 2007.
